As Director of Information Technology and a member of the town’s leadership team, I oversee all technology resources for the town, providing strategic and tactical leadership to drive and align technology capabilities with wide-ranging, long-term municipal goals.Initially recommended for the role by the Executive Director of the East Bay Educational Collaborative (my previous employer), I was hired to provide expertise at the intersection of technology and education. I was hired to plan and manage the effective use of technology for this nonprofit organization, which provides professional development programs and services for educators and school administrators.Working closely with the Executive Director, I led strategic planning to meet the collaborative’s technology needs in alignment with mission-critical organizational goals.
