Paul R. Michaud Email and Phone Number
I am Michaud Law Group LLC's Founder and Managing Member, and I have an energy and renewable energy law practice spanning 29 years. To date, I have achieved significant and measurable goals, successfully advising more than a gigawatt of clean, carbon-free, renewable energy, battery energy storage, fuel cell, and microgrid projects in every stage of project development, from site control to commercial operation. I advise clients in developing end-to-end renewable energy projects, from site selection and site control to securing environmental siting and permitting approvals, construction contracts, interconnection agreements and utility easements, and commercial operations. I take pride in being at the forefront of this exciting and expanding practice area, playing a pivotal role in helping to shape new laws and regulations promoting renewable energy technologies and the evolving renewable energy industry, making clean, carbon-free renewable energy generation and battery energy storage competitive with fossil fuel-fired generation and at the same time combating global climate change. My most recent client project is a proposed approximately 690 MW Renewable Energy Park on a large Brownfield that will produce clean, carbon-free solar energy, a stationary fuel cell feeding a sizeable commercial greenhouse and the electric grid, and a massive battery energy storage system that will help to reduce the need for additional polluting fossil fuel-fired power plants and negate the need for expensive transmission line upgrades. You can reach me at pmichaud@michaud.law for more information.
