I love learning and being inspired. I believe you can learn at any age from any age. I also believe that “old-school” is an attitude, not related to age.Isn’t it amazing when passionate people get together and indulge with delight, glee, and a twinkle in their eye, the subjects that turn them on. Passionate people want to share their passions. They are surprisingly generous and true. Passion drives purpose and inspiration is all around us.I want to inspire and be inspired by talented capable Super Stars. I’m thankful we have so many Rock Stars at Ceratec. Rock Stars and Super Stars make for a lethal combination. I’m proud to say that we have many, many 10 year, 15 year, 20 year, 25 year, 30+ year (and a 50 year) veterans that keep this ship steady. As CEO, I believe in an open-door policy and I connect with all our employees twice a year, in person, at our 7 locations across Canada during Town Hall meetings. I like being challenged and I never refuse to answer any question.I care about our employees and want Ceratec to be a good story in their lives.
