Assistant Air Officer USS CARL VINSON 2010-2011Onboard a U.S. aircraft carrier led a department of five divisions and 620 sailors responsible for all aspects of flight operations to include fueling, aircraft movement, catapulting/takeoffs, recovery/landings, air traffic control, and airspace management. Lead administrative coordinator for all personnel, logistical, maintenance, and strategic initiatives during humanitarian assistance and global deployments.USSTRATCOM Global Operations Center Lead Integrator 2006-2009Led 28-person multi-service communications/operations team responsible for the development, testing and incorporation of existing and emerging cyber/communication capabilities from concept to operational implementation for USSTRATCOM Global Operations Center. Lead integrator across dozens of services, organizations, and stakeholders in highly evolving cyber/communications environment. Strike Fighter Squadron 25, Lemoore, CA 2004-2006 Led the operations, maintenance, and safety departments of a 10-aircraft F/A-18C Hornet squadron deployed aboard the USS Reagan and USS John C Stennis flying combat operations. Coordinated the monthly, weekly, and daily operations of 190 personnel and managed $10 million annual budget. Directed the Command Safety Program. Led safety investigations for several air wing aviation accidents.
