Led the legacy team in maintaining and enhancing the existing software in an Agile/Scrum environment. Successfully migrated 80K+ contracts from our legacy system to a new software platform (3rd party), using T-SQL scripts and SSIS to load data. Enhanced our new servicing platform using Salesforce tools to create or modify Flows, modify Lightning pages, and add new functionality. Developed a solution to outsource letter printing to a 3rd party company as part of our COVID-19 response to keep the business running smoothly from remote environments. Worked with a team to rewrite an existing website in AngularJS/HTML, with a C# back end, utilizing a REST API. Mainly responsible for the back-end coding, but also worked on the front end making some design updates. Designed, developed, and currently maintaining a C#/ASP.NET web application to auto-populate pdf documents, which were also integrated with AdobeSign and Docusign e-signature platforms. Built a C# console app to retrieve voice recordings using a web api, to be stored in our imaging system. Developed a web application to accept credit applications directly from customers, using C# and ASP.NET. Designed and built a reporting database in SQL Server, using SSIS and SSRS, along with 100+ reports. Worked closely with all levels of users to ensure accurate measurement of all metrics. Converted a Classic ASP/VB6 website to C#/ASP.NET. Created several VB.NET applications to replace legacy PowerBuilder and VB 6 applications. Assisted with development of a new ASP.NET website to process lease applications. Supported all legacy COBOL and Datatrieve applications.

Maintained and enhanced a Tax Billing and Collection software application using VB 6, Microsoft SQL Server 2000, and Crystal Reports. Converted customer’s data from a legacy system into our application database. Developed a new Utility Billing application, that was integrated into the Tax Billing and Collection system. Assisted with custom changes to the Property Assessment software package for a new customer. Created a custom property record card for this customer using VB6 and SQL Server Reporting Services in conjunction with SQL Server 2005.

I started as a Programmer/Analyst, and maintained, modified, and documented the mainframe systems in place to support our Collections Department, using COBOL and Datatrieve. I maintained the company's intranet, providing reports to the Collections and Legal Departments. In February 1999, was promoted to Software Development Team Lead for our Legal Department. Maintained and enhanced the software utilized by our Legal Department, and provided support for the applications. Worked with VB, COM+, ASP, .NET, HTML, Visual Source Safe, Access 2000, and PowerBuilder to design and develop client server and distributed web applications that interact with an Oracle RDB relational database. Prioritized, delegated, and monitored projects assigned to my development team.
