Alpha Technical Services provides communications, security and special projects support to Federal, State & local government agencies.Clients have included the Executive Office of The President, Department of Defense, CDC, Social Security Administration, National Archives, Federal Reserve, State of Iowa, and the State of Tennessee.I am currently working for General Dynamics under a contract with DLA.

I have been a volunteer member of the Civil Air Patrol for over 50 years and have served in numerous positions including National Communications Officer, Group Commander, Squadron Commander, Homeland Security Liaision Officer, SHARES Program Manager, Group Communications Officer, Sector Communications Officer, Communications Engineering Officer, Wing Director of Communications, Mission Commander, and Special Advisor to the National Commander.I have also served on the staff at three cadet encampments.

Worked for various Federal agencies supporting the Continuity Of Government (COG) program.

Assigned to Joe Hagin, Deputy Chief of Staff for President George W. Bushon 9-11 to manage communications at a "safe site" supporting emergency government functions.

Served as Deputy Chief of Operations for the Mobile Emergency Response Support (MERS) program with responsibilities for the emergency response activities of four MERS detachments located throughout the United States.
