Finkit (ex-Monitise) is a technology company delivering mobile banking, payments and commerce networks worldwide to financial institutions and other service providers. I developed and executed the Indonesian commercial strategy with JV partner - Astra International (3rd largest non-state owned company in Indonesia).

Launching ANZ's commercial banking segment in Asia, including the integration the recently acquired ABN AMRO commercial banking teams from Hong Kong, Indonesia, Singapore and Taiwan.My role as Project Manager was to align each country team and execute the build strategies of both regional product and support functions

Launched by ANZ, WING was a start-up digital payments business targeting the large unbanked population of Cambodia.My role as Head of Operations was responsible for the design and delivery of all operational activities for WING. This included; technology implementation, business process design, establishment of operations team, ecosystem partners and regulatory engagement.
