Coordinate with software packaging teams, customers, and integration labs to prepare automated software distributions. Documented all developed technologies and processes, and developed the support model for implemented designs. Provided training and support model for all implemented designs.

Delivered quality technical solutions through partnering internally with other teams, groups, and Technical & Project Contributions. Solutioned a Citrix ICA Client upgrade & application migration for a new server cluster. (Award received for project contribution efforts.) Managed installation of over 120 desktop applications to a new Citrix Metaframe server farm. Developed, tested, and implemented automated distribution of client code changes necessary to use the new application sets. Developed a software solution to rapidly deploy Tivoli Endpoint code to PC's throughout a customer's site in Hartford, CT. Instrumental in the success of fulfilling the need for a wireless messaging solution for senior leadership. Performed testing & evaluation of a System Migration Assistant product for use during PC refreshes. Developed and implemented a desktop architecture for training PC's. Implemented a server based L.O.M.A. testing system in compliance with regulations to be a certified Pearson VUE Testing center. Participation in Disaster Recovery exercises.Involves building unique computing environments & providing remote support to personnel at IBM’s Sterling Forest facility.
