During this time there were two Stockbrokers operating within the Group. I effectively managed the Finance and Operations of two separate entities until 2011 when the Credit Suisse transaction was unwound and the two businesses were aligned into one legal entity• The introduction of Webtrader in 2012 allowed retail clients to trade offshore securities and Finance built the capabilities in order to effectively account for this product • After the CSSS JV was dissolved, SBG Securities built an International Trading platform to execute offshore securities for proprietary trading and institutional clients• Responsibility for the oversight of the African region Stockbrokers• Representative for the broker on market initiatives, e.g. settlement change from T +5 to T+3
