Paul is an experienced Engineering Director, with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, and acquired electrical, electronic and computer skills. He is comfortable managing a team of engineers undergoing new product development, as well as executing such projects himself.Paul has extensive experience with SharkNinja (Euro-Pro) and Sunbeam Australia managing teams designing and developing consumer electrical appliances, executed on-time and on-budget for critical seasonal sales periods, and is now ending his tenure leading the product development team in WIK Shenzhen.Versatility is a key attribute for Paul, having also managed teams designing special purpose machinery, and theatrical systems. He understands all aspects of electrical consumer product design, from manufacturing processes, Six-Sigma Process Capability, to electrical and electronic design and software development, and value engineering.He is well versed in computer software, including 3D systems such as AutoDesk Inventor, and the industry favourite, AutoCAD. He also programs in Visual Basic, JavaScript and Python, and can customise AutoDesk and Microsoft Office software for productivity enhancement.Training for management includes "Managing People For Performance" from the AGSM (Australian Graduate School Of Management), and numerous short courses in Project Management and Time Management.
