I have been a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist from 2001until 2012. I have been with The Golub Corp. and Price Chopper since April 1985.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist my functions include full recruitment cycle sourcing and acquisition of talent, training, development, and succession planning. Advises and coach teammates in the proper execution of corporate Talent Management initiatives and projects, organizational development and succession planning. Manages teammate engagement and administers and oversees the various human resources plans, projects and procedures for over 130 retail store locations and the corporate offices for Price Chopper Supermarkets. Leading HR programs and objectives that will provide teammates a high performance culture that emphasize quality, productivity, retention and ongoing development of an outstanding team focused on customer awareness to provide 6- star service to our guest. I am focused on Key Performance Indicators: Increases Bench Strength for our Assistant Dept Manager, Dept Managers, and Store Manager level positions within our retail locations. Build, communicate and interview a pipeline of candidates for various positions within the corporate offices that include but not limited to human resources, information systems, merchandising, accounting and finance and executive recruitment. Increase retention metrics per scorecard, and meet workforce management metrics by area per strategy outlined. Specialties: Recruitment, developing valuable pipelines, supervision, HR management, retail management, profit and loss budgeting, motivation, public speaking and an expert in the recruitment field.

I was responsible for the operation of 15 retail stores operations on their front end to include, Budgets, customer service and the companies policy and procedures.
