I was given a store with a really bad mouse problem that I was able to rectify and make the store a much cleaner and presentable store for customers. Customer service of course is always first. My general manager was pulled from our store for the busy Halloween season to oversee the temp Halloween City stores that open. I took over as Gm and hired and trained a large staff. I brought the store from a negative comp. for the year to a positive. Led the store to a number 1 in the company in costume to accessory sales. Had a very successful run as interim. I was responsible for the Gm position while still succefully doing my Ea position/zones etc.
