Developed highly interactive web apps designed to teach children (pre-K through 6th) reading, writing, and typing skills. Implemented features such as read-along digital books, and ensured all site navigation was child-friendly. Completed additional user portals for educators, which allowed teachers to manage their classrooms through custom PDF displays and student data reporting. Educators could also test out student activities for themselves. Developed a micro-frontend admin portal for handling app-specific content creation as well as managing users, maintaining digital assets in S3, and creating demo environments for the sales team. Required technical knowledge of React, TypeScript, Material UI, Vue.js, GraphQL, and monorepo architecture.

Led development of a greenfield admin portal that allowed customers to manage their parking structures and ticketing. Required use of React, Bootstrap, and SCSS. Implemented internationalization, analytics, and custom jwt-based Cognito authentication. In charge of determining the team’s tech stack, onboarding new developers, code reviews, running scrum meetings, documentation, and deploying builds via AWS Amplify. Worked with stakeholders to develop a reactive UI/UX that would work well for desktop and mobile in low connectivity environments such as parking structures. Developed Node.js microservices using the Serverless Framework, AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB. Implemented ETL functions to sync data between new and legacy databases.

Developed features for the company’s cloud-based JavaScript web app designed to centralize all call center agent activities like answering calls and emails. Added features such as live chat integration, reusable IVR-fed widgets, and secure IVR progress monitors.Integrated new analytics data visualization through the Elastic ELK stack in order to provide insights into call center efficiency. Worked with customers to create custom .NET desktop telephony solutions. Integrated 3rd party software into the company's desktop application.

Worked in a sprint team that integrated virtual credit card creation through Citi and American Express into a legacy codebase using JavaScript, ASP.NET MVC, Web Forms, and Entity Framework. Led research and development of new features for the CrowdTorch mobile app platform. Created two streaming radio features using Feed.fm and SoundCloud, as well as a fitness tracking integration in partnership with Under Armour and the Ragnar Relay Series.
