Issuing documentation for negotiation against export Letters of Credit, issuing shipping line bills of lading, issuing insurance certificates, chamber of commerce certificates of origin. Arranging logistical movements of goods for export from Spain.

- Make a specified number of sales calls per week in line with corporate guidelines- Organise and develop target account strategy- Put forward FCL, LCL, RoRo and Break-Bulk rates proposals to Head Office- To maintain a knowledge of the services and facilities offered by Delmas UK- Prompt completion of customer visit reports- To identify target accounts, report on development and secure new business - Liaise with Head Office Trade Pricing Teams regarding customer FCL, LCL, RoRo and Break-Bulk rate enquiries- Ensure bookings are input accurately and booking confirmations issued to customers within KPI.- Liaise with Foreign agencies to ensure they are in receipt of all required information for shipments to be effected- Advise customer and update bookings with incurred ancillary charges- Ensure all customer bookings are processed accurately and confirmations issued within KPI- To process customer FCL, LCL, RoRo and Break-Bulk rate enquiries within KPI whilst keeping the customer advised of the progress of negotiations with HO Pricing Team.- Liaise with Port agents - Liaise with Transport Dept to ensure any specific transport requirements are met - Perform support role for external sales staffExport Booking & Customer Service Supervisor- Manage performance within the team using existing agreed policies and procedures to achieve optimal efficiency and operational performance T- Ensure customer bookings are taken accurately and booking confirmations issued within 1 working day of receipt- Maintain regular communication with Port Offices- Liaise with Head Office regarding vessel allocations by means of daily forecasts- Keep internal and external staff advised of service changes

- To take responsibility for delivering company required production outputs- Act safely to protect myself & others- Maintain the continuous running of equipment to meet annual line volume of 100k tonnes- Perform TPM & other continuous improvement activities- Ensure plant, equipment and operating equipment remains clean and organised- Make repairs to equipment- Monitor own skills & competencies in line with business needs- Help colleagues in delivery of factory objectives- Communicate issues and concerns to the appropriate individuals- Seek understanding of and follow site procedures

- Replenishment and rotation of stock- Handling of customer enquires- Process customer purchases- Cross checking of stock orders with what has been received- Responsible for cash office in absence of supervisor
