My role involved significant process and systems development, including Pronto implementation, building the first detailed cost center budget model and restructuring the finance team. The role managed Accounting, Payroll, AP, AR and IT. Key process developments included structuring the Accounting team including role and task clarity, creating monthly reports at the divisional and project level, and restructuring the AP process to reduce number of payment cycles and missed payments.
