I am currently a Captain on the A320 family flying short-haul within Europe, with experience also on the Boeing 737. In October 2020 my colleague James Hunter and I set up Think Like A Pilot Human Factors Training to share our Non-Technical skills and experience with industries outside of aviation and help them become safer, more efficient, high performing environments.
