About Paul Rousselle

Since April 2024, I have been working on a new project at the intersection of software, collaboration, and AI. We are actively looking for talented software engineers and product managers, feel free to reach out! We have successfully raised a pre-seed round, and are currently not seeking additional funding.Prior to this, as VP of Revenue Operations at Aircall, I led a global team of 20+ professionals focused on driving efficiency and growth through enhanced processes, technology, and analytics. I supported key business areas including Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success, while spearheading large-scale transformation projects to break down silos and create seamless integration across the organization.With a master's degree in International Management from HEC Paris and CEMS, I bring a versatile skill set and the ability to collaborate across all levels and functions of a tech company.
