PwC Director with nearly 20 years experience in a range of client facing and internal roles. I began my career in Assurance, where I firmly believe I received the best professional education available. I moved into an internal firm role in 2016, and, after a number of exciting roles, I currently serve as the Head of Network Reporting and Analytics. I lead a team responsible for producing financial, client and investment reporting for a wide range of PwC network stakeholders. In addition to my primary role, I am responsible for the people strategy of our Network team of approximately 150 people. I also work closely with the Network CAO and Head of Network Operations as we drive connectivity with PwC Territory COOs and CFOs.As a leader, I am known for my calm yet authoritative style. I communicate effectively, manage expectations well, and build positive, open, and honest relationships with staff and partners at all levels. I bring a practical and commercial approach to my work, allied with strong emotional intelligence. I am an inclusive leader who encourages everyone’s involvement in problem-solving, creating a diplomatic environment while pushing forward initiatives for the benefit of the network. I am proactive in identifying opportunities for team members that align with their interests and skill sets.I have been fortunate to learn from a number of outstanding people and am focused on making a difference to those around me, providing them with the support, guidance and opportunities others have provided to me.Outside of work, I am an open water swimmer and very average runner. I enjoy following a number of sports including football, rugby, NFL, and baseball. I am also a qualified mental health first aider.
