I currently run the field operations at Atlantic. I have overall responsibility for a team of 25 technicians and have 3 senior technicians that work with me to manage the day to day operation. I monitor their activity and quality of workmanship and devise PIP's as and when they are needed to ensure any drop in quality is rectified and our engineers are.

During my time at Atlantic i progressed to become a technical services manager & key account manager within the business. I took on the role whenthe company were setting up a new depot in Welwyn Garden City. A collaboration of employees took on the task of decorating, erecting shelving and stocking the depot before the management side took over for me..

I took this role with Atlantic as a progression from an engineer to become a senior engineer. I came to Atlantic from Flowrite. I followed my manager from RFT, to Flowrite and then on to Atlantic i had built up a good relationship with him and felt loyalty was a key attribute to have in the working enviroment. I had only ever worked on Carlsberg Tetley.
