We behave with integrity, forming long-term, trusted relationships.As a previous Director within KPMG's Policy, Economics and Public Impact service line and part of KPMG's National Skills Sector team I delivered project outcomes for Commonwealth Departments, State Training Authorities and TAFEs across a range of areas such as skills reform, VET workforce strategies, Institute financial sustainability, data strategies, operating models and resource provisioning. I worked with TAFE Institutes on the development of business cases and Cost Benefit Analysis of enterprise-wide transformation and operating model reviews.Previously to my KPMG role, I have over 18 years’ experience in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector. During this time, I was General Manager of CIT Solutions, a private RTO owned by the Canberra Institute of Technology (CIT) specialising in providing workforce development solutions to the Australian Public Service. More recently I have held senior executive positions at CIT with responsibility for industry engagement, strategic relations and the delivery of outcomes on major projects. I have delivered outcomes in major digitalisation reform and leading strategies for campus renewal projects including a major new ~$250M campus planned for the Woden town centre. I also have experience in international education and skills reform policy.
