Utilizing his financial background and research expertise, Mr. Salinas conducts financial reviews for potential commercial investments, researches and produces market reports, evaluates economic, demographic and investment trends, providing market intelligence to the Faris Lee Investment team and their clients.

Mr. Salinas was a Financial Analyst for David Wetta and Joseph Compagno at Marcus & Millichap. While working at Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Salinas facilitated the closing of 15 transactions totaling more than $50 million.

Mr. Salinas produced quarterly and annual rent, vacancy and sales forecasts across multiple commercial property types and markets using numerous data sources and forecasting models.Additionally, he authored and edited quarterly and annual market specific investment reports to evaluate real estate investment conditions on the basis of economic, demographic and investment trends in 11 major markets nationwide.Mr. Salinas also established estimates for annual construction deliveries with consideration of local supply and demand imbalances by verifying specific project completion dates with developers.
