I'm Paul Ian L. Santos, currently residing at the small town in Philippines. I am currently working as an IT Helpdesk and Technical Support, I do field and remote assistance, I honed my knowledge and skills thru my previous job experience, I also learned some of it via online and applies it by practicing and self taught. I am a goal driven person and, I am not afraid to take a risk and failure for it gives me motivation to value every mistakes and makes it as a lesson for improvement.
