Organize outbound loads according to drop order. Re saw lumber, complete cut grade reports. Order warehouse supplies and maintain stock levels.

Provide superior customer service and staff relations. Pick and pack customer and vendor orders. Calculate shipping rates and determine which carrier to utilize. Organize and prioritize daily and weekly work load and hire temporary staff if needed. Co-ordinate appointment times and requests with customers and carriers. Complete B.O.L. and Dangerous Goods paperwork using spreadsheets and multiple e-mails. Ensure accurate labeling for multiple vendors prior to shipping. Operate a Forklift and power jack on a daily basis. Order shipping supplies when needed. Coach and train employees to be operationally sound. Communicate operational needs to management.
