These solutions would provide customers with visibility outside the four walls of the office to effectivly manage their assets, increase worker productivity, control unnecessary expences and have a direct return on their bottom line in less than 60 days.

Coach and develop 16 communication consultants to align with our customers needs and priorities. My leadership has contributed to our store being named the flagship store of the South Area and consistently achieving 40-50% year over year growth throughout 2011. It was also my responsibility to execute on of the stores merchandising, plan-o-grams, floor demo devices, and inventory are flawlessly organized and operational. As a leader in the flag ship location it was imperative to implement store game plans around new device launches, make sure it is disseminated across the team and executed to over achieve customer expectations as well as Verizon Wireless Executives in the field.

I was the fourth highest communications consultant for the South Area in Small Business Sales in February of 2009. Being a Communications Consultant for Verizon Wireless has helped me learn to become a more intuitive leader, and complete solutions consultant. Amongst my peers through out my district I was looked upon as a leader and the go to person for all small business initiatives.

My responsibilities as a communications consultant were to make sure that all new and returning customers of Sprint were properly greeted and had a pleasurable experience each time they visited my store. I was the top consultant at my location each month from the beginning of my career with Sprint.
