I consider myself fortunate to have built an excellent reputation through a diverse range of projects from minor to major refurbishments and new builds, across residential, roadworks, rail, defense, commercial and government projects.I come from the building trade, and have worked both client and contractor sides, so I see the whole picture and understand the entire lifecycle of a project, encompassing cost, time and quality. From monitoring project plans, budgets and expenditure through to tracking progress and quality of projects, I ensure every stage of the job is defect-free.As an experienced key interface between all parties, I can forensically examine a project, identifying any problems so they can be rectified at the earliest possible stage. I speak my mind, as safety and best practice always has to come first. I am also tenacious in getting the job across the line. Skilled at negotiating and dealing with contract management, administration and compliance issues, minimising delays and disputes. I take a collaborative approach, fitting seamlessly into any team and bringing people together.
