What’s one fact that’s guided your career?For me, it’s that the average American spends approximately 90% of their life indoors.After an 18-year-long career on Wall Street, this glaring realization is what ultimately led me to leave my job as a Partner at Goldman Sachs and found Delos. Guided by a passion for altruistic capitalism and sustainability, I established Delos and the International WELL Building Institute to help ensure that our buildings and our communities are equipped with the technology to support healthier, happier, and more productive people. In collaboration with Mayo Clinic, we also launched the Well Living Lab to study the real world impact of our indoor environments on human health and well-being.We’re committed to enhancing health and well-being in the spaces where we live, work, sleep, and play. By using a data-driven and human-first approach, we’ve been able to impact thousands of buildings and millions of lives across the world since 2009.Our vision is that by using real estate as a healthcare intervention tool, we can ensure that every building is a healthy building.
