Litigation Experience- Lead and supervise an engaged team of 5 attorneys and 9 staff members who proactively manage enterprise litigation across all 50 states. - Developed and implemented strategies and tactics to reduce legal spend, resulting in a 48% decrease in defense fees and a 58% reduction in the number of employment suits filed over a two-year period.- Manage and oversee outside counsel to defend single-plaintiff employment and class action lawsuits, including cases filed under the California Private Attorney General Actions (PAGA), FLSA, ERISA, and state consumer protection and privacy laws; responsible for budgeting and forecasting, case strategy, attending trials, and negotiating settlements.
