The role involves the development, promotion and expansion of the business interests in a vaiety of ways:.- Conferences, courses and residential Lettings- Optimisation of facility hire - Generation of new income streams - Management of the Alumuni relations- Control of overall fundraising activities for major capital projects and donations.Marketing and Admissions- The Foundation Director oversees all aspects of Marketing of the College and the Admissions process, including recruitment.

The role involves the co-ordination of five key areas, each having their own managers responsible to the Director of Sport:- Physical Education and Games Department Mount Sport and Leisure club Athletics Centre Sports Hall Barlborough Hall School Physical Education and Games Department (Barlborough Hall is the Preparatory School to the Mount)

-Develop and implement an integrated marketing, recruitment and communications strategy for Mount St Mary’s and Barlborough Hall School -Production of a range of quality brand promotional material.-Oversee the production of the termly newsletter to parents, enquiries, feeder schools and diocese.-Sit on the Governors Development Committee.-Initiate press releases, features, articles and maintain relationship with editors. -Plan and co-ordinate advertising policy.-Plan and arrange exhibition materials locally and nationally.-Oversee the production of the College video and DVD.-Maintain links with overseas agents.-Establish an admissions strategy and procedures-Introduction of a new enquiry data-base, follow up and visits procedures.-Organisation of Open Evenings /Open Mornings.-Liaise with feeder schools and oversee the prep school events at the College.-Re-design and update the College website.-Maintain Alumni relations and organise events.I-ntroduction and development of the Alumni website -Liaise with the College business manager and support the extending of the College’s commercial activities.
