- 20+ years in broking and desk leadership roles for PVM including managing the Naphtha desk to record levels of profitability. - Best year results of $6m, approx. 40% of market share- Growing out a new light ends products desk for PVM which saw the increased trading of inter-product spreads.- Establishing the company into the existing oil products market, growing the Naphtha revenue from $500k to a peak of $6m annually.- Developing, communicating, and maintaining daily Naphtha markets.- Collaborating and cross-pollinating multi-desk product trades with Gasoline, LPG and MOPJ Naphtha desks.- Executing customer orders via ICE and CME- Client liaison and relationship development including international travel across Europe and Asia. - Establishing and onboarding of new customers globally.

- Building out a new swap derivatives market for Aspen, to operate alongside the already highly successful physical paper market. - Full cycle client account management including advising clients on all relevant product information, related movements and opportunities, deal creation and facilitation. - Developing a new inter-regional arbitrage trade for Naphtha.
