Senior sales person on 38-person sales team responsible for covering 5,300 Financial Advisors.Responsible for delivering the Firm’s strategy, commenatary, and highest conviction Capital Markets Sales Ideas to Financial Advisors and their clients as they create and maintain their investment portfolios.Frequently meet with clients and prospects to share Firm strategy, actionable ideas and opportunities that may exist in client accounts.Works with Strategist and Desk Analysts on a daily basis to create proposals, review existing holdings and highlight swap ideas.Establish and maintain new relationships with Financial Advisors to increase distribution channels.

Attend morning Research & Strategy meeting to gain understanding on analysts’ and strategists’ opinions, market strategies, economic reviews and changes in research.Summarize and transcribe pertinent information from morning comments & recent product launches.Consistently provide designated coverage area (Private Wealth Management) with actionable sales ideas.Based on current product offerings and strategy themes, host conference calls and coordinate sales ideas to firm management and Financial Advisors in order to drive equity revenue.Function as Industry Specialist (Energy) and serve as the liaison between the Equity Sales Dept. and the Equity Research Department.Coordinate and execute regional marketing trips in order to market Equity Research, drive sales, and raise Morgan Stanley brand awareness.Train Financial Advisors, Recruits and their staffs on research related resources and tools.
