Responsible for all sales, services, support, and financial management.In March 2014, accepted a position with jCatalog (now OpusCapita) to lead delivery and support for RoW customers (customers based outside of DACH region and Scandinavia). Provide program management and technical support for strategic accounts and partners. Support Pre-Sales activities globally with particular emphasis on EAM/MRO intensive customers.Expanded initial location scope to include Norway for Program Management (MOWI) and Technical Consultant (Equinor) roles. Managed delivery of P2P implementations (on-premise and SaaS). Customers include: IBM Global, Schlumberger, BakerHughes, OFS Portal, MOWI and FedEx. Global P2P Marketplace customers implemented and supporting include: Hitachi (Enterprise Software Group), Perfect Commerce (now Proactis) and Aeroxchange.

Started with Savi Technology as a Senior Program Manager in November 2003. In April 2006, Lockheed Martin acquired Savi Technology.During tenure with Savi Technology and Lockheed Martin I led pre-sales, consulting and deployment engagements of geo-location tracking and sensor-based observation IoT solutions for military and homeland security assets and personnel.Engagements included: US Department of Energy (Nuclear Material Tracking), US Department of Homeland Security (Operation Safe Commerce), United States military (Air Force, Army and Marines), Australian Defence Forces, Danish Army Materiel Command, NATO, Singapore Defense, Royal Moroccan Air Force (US State Department FMS), Spanish MoD and UK MoD. Remotely managed Savi implementation teams in Afghanistan, Iraq and Pakistan.Supported initial joint PoC with Mincom Defence to deliver RFID-enabled cargo/item tracking integration to enhance location visibility within Mincom’s Ellipse product for the Australian Defence Force.Commercial projects included Lockheed Martin (F-35 Production Line / Fort Worth) and Dow Chemical rail tank car visibility.

Over the course of tenure with Commerce One was Project Manager for MarketSite B2B Exchanges and e-procurement/e-sourcing implementations in North and South America.Marketsite Exchanges implemented: Exostar, GMAC, Mercado (Citibank-Brazil), MSX International, Sterling Commerce (now IBM) and Trade-Ranger (became Hubwoo -> Perfect Commerce -> Proactis)

Started at Indus as a Senior Business Analyst analyzing customer needs and develop solutions to particular business problems and challenges. Led effort to translate Indus PassPort suite into Czech language leveraging Oracle NLS layer. Customers included Duke Energy, CEZ, a.s. (Czech Republic) Southern California Edison, Ontario Hydro (Canada) and Commonwealth Edison. In late 1996, accepted a transfer to London for two years. Accountable for all aspects of project management, including development of project plans and schedules, managing product upgrades and providing primary contact with clients. Project Manager for British Energy capture team which secured a 60 Million USD software and services contract to upgrade the EAM solution at eight nuclear generating plants in the UK. Other customers included COGEMA (France) and Agip (Italy).After London, led Indus’ initial product management efforts in PassPort’s mobile computing solution, PassPort Anywhere.

Started with The Mennen Company as CMMS Manager improving utilization of the Fluor-Daniel TabWare Asset Management solution to drive enhanced maintenance operations. Led replacement of TabWare with PEMex from GP Solutions.The Mennen Company was purchased by Colgate Palmolive during my tenure. Transitioned to TPM role implementing TPM principles and led rollout of PEMex Asset Management solution to several C-P manufacturing plants.Additionally assigned as team member for business process re-engineering effort associated with SAP R/3 implementation along with Wonderware's (now AVEVA Solutions) MES software. Performed initial evaluation of SAP's Plant Maintenance module.

Performed maintenance engineering and developed maintenance procedures for a newly constructed fertilizer refinery. Performed and participated in construction commissioning tests.

Responsible for coordinating manpower planning for an 80-employee maintenance work group. Assisted in planning, scheduling, and executing major maintenance and plant shutdowns.
