• Reporting to the CIO, with a budget of US$50m, accountable for Project delivery, Operational support, Business Engagement, Data & Analytics, and Technology Governance across the Group.• Led the Strategic review, partnering with PWC, to ensure Technology was positioned to support Oil Search’s goals and objectives across a 3-5 year horizon.• Delivered a new payroll and finance system, across PNG, Alaska and Australia, with a budget of US$15m.• Regular reporting to the Oil Search board.

• Executive, accountable for the Technology delivery supporting an annual capital spend of $55m• Leading a team of over 70 people supporting the retail, fleet management & insurance business applications.• Technology lead, to facilitate TFAs response to remote working as a consequence of COVID-19.

- Divisional CIO, supporting the Managing Director of the Star Sydney, with accountability for all technology across the Casino, Hotel and restaurants.- Accountable for the technology strategy / roadmap, operational support, as well as project governance for Gaming and Marketing across the Group.- Leading a team of 50 people, with responsibility for the development portfolio supporting the Gaming, Marketing, and Digital platforms.- Role expanded in 2019 to support the Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Casino Offer and the COO Star Sydney.- Working alongside the Managing Director to advise on and deliver the technology components of the $240m upgrade to the Star Sydney property.

- Business partnership role, supporting three Executive Leadership teams; for Customer Segments and Analytics, Retention, and Customer Strategy. - Accountable for $30m of infrastructure assets and people, supporting operations and delivery of change for AMP’s Data and Analytics capability, and other associated business-facing applications. - Owned and created a Delivery Manager practice, coordinating 10 different portfolios, with a focus on driving efficiencies, collaboration, and standardisation across the IT@AMP Production support teams. - Key driver and influencer in IT@AMP’s strategic Infrastructure initiatives, including the development of the Disaster Recovery Roadmap, introducing “in-memory” technology across AMP, embracing cloud based services, amongst many others.- Delivering circa $15m / year of change through this team, over 5 years, supporting many of AMPs key strategic initiatives which ranged from the legislative reforms through FOFA, AXA merger Integration, and the Customer Transformation.

Successfully delivered circa $3m of cost efficiencies and raised engagement within the team to >80%

Managed the setup of the new eBusiness department, bringing together 80 people from across the business and IT.

- Technology Executive supporting the Employer Super business, managing a cross-functional development and support team of 70 people, supporting two registry systems for the Employer Superannuation business.

Managed large IT development teams delivering product rationalisation initiatives as well as the introduction of a new Separately Managed Account.

- Delivered the Infrastructure separation between ING Australia and ANZ.- Delivered multiple projects, ranging in size from $1m to $5m, covering Disaster Recovery, introduction of a Perimeter Security solution, a new Digital platform, and the launch of a new Life Risk application for the “One Care” product.
