As a Director/Pastor with 15+ years of leadership experience in medium and small sized nonprofit organizations, I have a passion for developing and empowering communities through people-centered initiatives and programs. I have a Master of Divinity degree with a focus on counseling, and a Bachelor of Science degree with a focus on communication and counseling, which equip me with strong emotional intelligence and expertise in interpersonal communication/listening skills to help people and teams develop.In my most recent role as Senior Director/Pastor, I oversaw the strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation of various projects and activities that engaged over 100 stakeholders, including staff, volunteers, donors, partners, and clients. I also leveraged my communication and presentation skills to speak, teach, and train small teams and large audiences on topics related to personal development, community engagement, and project development. Additionally, I utilized various software and tools, such as MS products, Keynote, Adobe, Asana, Trello, and CRM software, to manage and streamline the administrative and operational aspects of the organization.
