Responsible for managing the delivery of Test Environments into all Retail Projects. This involves agreeing deliverables with key project contacts and ensuring my team meet these commitments. I also line manage Test Environment Analysts in our team. Responsible for requirement gathering and the technical software builds of the IBM EPoS environment builds. During test execution I was also the first point of contact for support having to solve a variety of technical problems.Key Responsibilities – • Requirement Gathering – Liaising with the project team to validate and provide SME knowledge into the project regarding Test Environment requirements. • Completing the build work or task managing members in my team to complete the work to agreed deadlines.• Problem solving – Relating to issues with Environment scheduling conflicts. • Technical problem solving – Trouble shooting hardware, software and network issues

Supporting 1st Line in fixing more complicated issues which couldn't be resolved during initial incident logging. I was also responsible for the creation of Knowledge articles relating to troubleshooting and resolving issues.When the Support Desk brought back the Pharmacy PC rebuild process in house from an external third party, I assisted Healthcare Applications management from the start in creating the processes, documenting them and teaching the rest of my team. I then became in charge of 'The Rebuild Team' which involved a rotation of 2nd line members joining the team for me to guide and pass on the new knowledge/processes. Attending meetings with other teams in Boots relating to the Pharmacy PC rebuilds dealing with the Pharmacy drug supply team who were key stakeholders in the PC rebuild process.

Provided 1st Line IT support for Boots. Role included fielding calls from Boots stores including Opticians, Pharmacies and Retail stores. Responsible for logging incidents and striving to resolve them at first point of contact.
