Based in Leeds, I work across Yorkshire and the UK and undertake projects ranging from high-end domestic work to large-scale commercial schemes. On the domestic side, this could include anything from decorating a property throughout to wallpapering a high ceiling with an intricate pattern match. I really enjoy the craftsmanship involved in achieving an immaculate finish. On the commercial side, I love the complexity of larger projects such as Alder Hey Children’s Hospital where I managed the painting contract for a larger decorating firm. With up to 35 decorators on site, I relished the challenge of keeping the quality and progress on track. Outside of work, I get out on the bike whenever I can, and like having a big ride like L’Etape du Tour or the RideLondon-Surrey 100 to train towards.
