As a Training Supervisor at Tata Power Solar, I am responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering training programs for solar technicians and engineers across India. I have over two years of work experience in the solar industry, having started as a trainee engineer at the same company. I am currently pursuing my Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering at Sri Sivasubramaniya Nadar College of Engineering, where I have gained theoretical and practical knowledge of communication networks. I have also developed skills in project management, operations management which help me to execute training projects effectively and efficiently, communicate with diverse stakeholders, and support the company's vision of providing clean and affordable energy solutions.
