For more than 30 years working now in the chocolate and gum business in different jobs of which the last 10 years as Global Technology Leader for chocolate making technologies, civil and utility systems. As utility systems are very much linked to sustainability, I'm a key driver in creating the vision of how a company can minimise carbon emissions and creating road maps to get there. With working together with more than 50 factories around the world and having worked and lived in Russia and UK I value very much the different cultures around the world.
