For 40 years, I have represented victims of medical malpractice who have suffered from serious injury and wrongful death. I am committed to achieving just and fair compensation for my clients, victims of medical errors and wrongful injury, so that they can rebuild their lives. I can quickly identify the key issues and potential solution and persevere towards the goal notwithstanding obstacles.I am a leading contributor in the area of weight loss surgery malpractice, including Gastric Bypass, Sleeve Gastrectomy, and Lap-Banding, and have lectured at Harvard Medical School on patient safety issues in weight loss surgery; to the American Association of Hospital Risk Managers on hospital based gastric bypass issues; and for the American Conference Institute on the management of post-operative leaks following gastric bypass surgery. l recently authored a chapter in the 3rd edition of Medical Malpractice In New York dealing with the cross-examination of the defense expert.
