I have had over twenty years experience in management across a wide spectrum of industries in both the public and private sector. Through the diversity of business, I have established a sound foundation of knowledge in property management, process management, manufacturing, project management, sales and marketing, contract management, procurement, warehousing and logistics, business analysis, financial management to name but a few. In the last ten years I have worked across the Pacific which gave me the added skill of dealing with diverse cultural groups. My initial managerial experience was gained from a bottom up approach, learning from other managers with excellent skills in various disciplines. I built on the good qualities they possessed, but also studied academically to consolidate my managerial skills and complete an MBA in 2002.
