Maximize the sales and profit potential by delivering strong on shelf availability and making the best use of promotional space allocation. Operate efficiently and manage costs to achieve targets by investing in resources when required and safeguarding JTF stock and assets. Listen to team members and customers and act on feedback accordingly. Provide feedback to Head Office and work collaboratively with the central team. Support the continued development of all team members by conducting regular feedback and appraisal conversations in line with company policy.Achieve Retail Director Set Targets in the following KPI areas;1.
