Dealt with internal & external auditors, IFSRA regulatory returns, Sarbanes Oxley requirements, corporation, VAT & PAYE returns• NYSE listed parent company controls and structures; adhered 100% to strict reporting deadlines & processes• Prepared detailed feasibility study on establishing 2nd facility outside Dublin; saw project through to fruition, being responsible for multi functional team that designed, planned and developed the project on time and under budget; negotiated grant aid agreement with the IDA for the facility• Involved in outsourcing basic operations to India, benefiting from lower costs & different time zones• Responsible for HMIL’s four office facilities (3 in Ireland, 1 in London); negotiated initial leases and rent reviews where appropriate; responsible for all staff relocations• Took voluntary redundancy as more of my functions were integrated within specialist Citi teams
