With Intercare, I am tasked with turning negative situations for individuals into positive ones by creating opportunities for growth after encountering areas of conflict. I provide individuals, couples, and teams with essential communication skills and tools to support effective and healthy interpersonal interactions. In order to ensure success, I establish secure and nurturing environments where all members can develop and foster their fullest potential.By utilizing the StrengthsFinder assessment tool and various life coaching skills, I assist companies in the management of interpersonal dynamics, individual growth and development, team interaction, and organizational success. I help companies recognize their strengths, and aid them in efficiently utilizing core competencies, culture, and current talent. Through effective coaching, companies are able to realign themselves to stay on-track and maintain growth. Additionally, I help companies use the Shadowmatch tool for precision recruitment, redeployment of people, team building and the identification of leaders and high level performers. Through effective coaching, companies become self-managing entities and employees are given the opportunity to discover a productive, fulfilling, and meaningful life in the workplace. Founded this independent church in Potchefstroom with approximately 40 people. Upon leaving the congregation in 2011, the facility had 6.5 hectare land bought, several new buildings, 26 individuals working for Duet, and served approximately 2,500 people each Sunday for services.
