Cheif instructor on Warrant Officer Class 2, Royal Engineer Senior Non Commisoned Officer and Junior Non Commisioned Officer Command, leadership and Management courses. Which is part of the ILM certificate.Involved in all planning, training and testing on the above courses. In one training year 8 Junior and 8 Senior courses would run at capacity with 36 students on each. Lead intructor in delivering Military discpline. Orginasing and running of the Field Exercises.

Working as part of a 3 man regular team organising and conducting training for the Territoral Army (TA) Royal Engineer Sqn.Accountable for all military training and development for a TA unit of over 120 personnel for the Manchester area. Delivering training to enable personnel from the TA to achieve extrememly high standards that are requires for Operational deployments with their Regular counter parts.

Lead Instructor delivering Command Leadership and Mangement to Junior Non Commisioned Officers.Involved in all planning, training and testing on the above course. Leasd Instructor in delivering Defence Instuctor Techniques, the orders process and militay discipline. Planning and execution of all Field Exercises.

Involved in all aspects of training and testing on the basic and advanced EOD courses. Specialist areas included demolition procedures, specilist use of high and low explosives and low order techniques.Secondry specialist areas: All equipments involved in detecting and the clearing of all explosive ordnance

Served as a Bomb Disposal officer. Completing tours of Sierra Leonne and Iraq, disposing of all natures of ordnance in very demanding situations to ensure safety of the locals.
