I worked in the corporate sector of vodafone ensuring that very large orders for corporate businesses were processed and delivered when needed. I built relationships with account managers to ensure that they could trust me and so that the customer felt they could trust the company. By ensuring that my service was of the highest calibre the customer could be confident they were going to get what we promised to deliver. I also worked with the error handling department to assist with customer phone faults. When new phones are set up they can sometimes be set up with the wrong settings, at a network level, and I would maintain the error queue to ensure our corporate customers had the smallest amount of downtime possible.
