Responsible for second line technical support for the entire infrastructure inclusive of desktop support, server support and maintenance, POS systems support, network support, database support as well as providing escalated support for all relevant software or hardware issues.Also assisted in project planning, implementation and planning.

Responsible for implementing systems that dealt with credit and debit card authorizations and payments on either a standalone system or integrated into existing vendor software. This involved working with clients across the whole of the UK and Ireland as well as France and Germany. Installations also involved the planning and design of a network.

Helpdesk Analyst responsible for receiving calls and providing comprehensive remote and onsite support for domestic and international customers, Including in house POS software, PC and network troubleshooting. Support also included 3rd party integrated solutions, network and enterprise applications.
