Manager of the Oil Free Division of Compressed at at Comairco equipment Limited. This lead role heads up a team of Sales, Service and Engineering in the field of large Centrifugal compressed air products throughout Ontario and Western Canada focusing on the Sales and Technical support of this business.

Account Manager at Ingersoll Rand specializing in Heavy Industrial Compressed air systems and solutions working within the Industrial commercial SBU sectors. Main functions are to bring our product and its value to the marketplace utilizing an engineered application specific solution for the client, I specialize in complete turn key Installations complete with technical service and support in the Oil Free Compressed Air marketplace.Key Responsibilities Include.Building long term client relationships based on trust and value.Performing asset assessments and making recommendations for Improvements.Being the primary contact and go to for all needs large or small.Review of client assets ,keeping accurate records and details.Being the trusted advisor to the client.Bringing up to date technology, training and solutions to the workplace.

Oversee day to day activities of the Engineered Product service team in the compressed air centrifugal technologies sector - Canada.Assess quote and manage client assets, work with clients on a daily basis ensuring uptime and productivity of the compressed air system is maintained.Perform onsite assessments of client compressed air systems, evaluate current equipment and advise clients of condition and or future opportunities to improve.Manage installations and service, execute and manage large installation and turnaround projects within the product line.Goal and target setting, self-managed ,work with the local sales channels ,add support to sales channels and complement the team to be a best in class resource to the client though strong sales and service both locally and across the provinces.Develop both local and remote service team and technicians, train coach and mentor field service technicians to be best in class, develop training initiatives, ride along and quality review.Manage client accounts, records of service and upgrades, ensure quarterly goals are meet, review and make change where opportunity exists.
