During the first phase of my internship in the US as member of RVA I have been under the guidance from expert model makers and architects. I aim to integrate with this diverse staff of RVA learning from the professionals within my field.I have acquired a knowledge of how to safely, and with precision, use a professional physical model making tools, modelling methods, finishing methods and assembly methods. Moreover I have learned how to evaluate the purpose of the architectural model and as such I will learn to adjust the material selection, the scale, the tools I use and the time I permit myself to complete a model.Shifting towards digital modelling I have gained a great proficiency in a variety of fields both digital and analogue including: Revit, Rhino, 3-D Printing, painting, assembly, lighting, cooling and display techniques in order to prepare the digital models for fabrication and assembly through test assignments and actual digital models. Working within a team and individually I construct physical and digital models and prototypes gaining an understanding of real world application of sophisticated professional tools, machines, technology, materials and electronics.With the aim to complete prototypes and physical models for RVA I understand how a professional practice presents itself to the public and clientele.
