He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) degree in Civil Engineering, is Alumni Fellow at Nottingham Trent University and a Fellow of both the Institute of Highway Engineers and Charted Institution of Highways and Transportation.Paul spent twelve years in consultancy before joining Bovis Homes to assist with challenges of residential development. During his time he has been involved with the design and management of earthworks, complex ground conditions, foundation solutions, highways and drainage infrastructure for a variety of small, medium and large scale residential, commercial and industrial developments.Paul has considerable knowledge and experience in leading design teams from due diligence and strategic infrastructure design, through planning, detailed design, technical approval and construction.
