• Responsible for the Service Validations and Cost Reduction Project for CSA South. The entire CSA showed an annual cost reduction of $1,078,053.84 and $4,269,212.04 for the FAA overall.
• Works in the final quality control auditing process for the FAA FAVES SFD task.
• Helped recommend early transfer of services from DITCO to GSA. Resulting in improved services and an annual cost reduction of ~$276,000.00
