Having realised my dreams of becoming England's number 1 goalkeeper diminished when I couldn't catch a ball any more. I embarked on a career in education which has seen me cover various job roles over the last 10 years. I am extremely fortunate to work for a well-established and supportive company in CITB where I am currently working nationally supporting large major employers develop apprenticeship recruitment whilst maximising grant funding opportunities.When not working I am training towards completing my first triathlon in early 2017. I have recently completed my first marathon this year and expect to top this by entering an ultra-marathon by mid-2017. I have also recently started to play American Football which I am absolutely loving!!Training for and competing in such sports and events has given me a focus and determination which I have transferred into my work.
